As a child, I struggled to fit into social groups. I often ended up with one friend that I was close to in leu of a larger friend group. I felt overwhelmed by large group dynamics. Junior High was a challenge for me to say the least! After decades of thought and research into understanding my challenges, I settled on the idea of Harmony. I self labeled my "condition" as "General Disharmony Syndrome".  Real Harmony is my cure!

It seems to me that people who are talented in large group dynamics don't get people like me and that's OK. Real Harmony addresses "General Disharmony Syndrome" issues in a very real way. With Real Harmony, you can approach a large group with confidence and security. You can now develop the art of "fitting in"! Within each 21 Day Cycle and each daily timed session, you will be guided through a series of Empowering Beliefs and thought provoking questions that will positively change what you focus on. When you change your focus, you will change your emotion. When you change your emotion, you change everything!  Simply put: Your life goes the direction of your dominant thoughts! Yes. In order to get the most out of the first live session, you will want to first take time to read all the capacity cards, go through the online sessions at your own pace, and spend a day or more thinking about the concepts on each of them. 

1. Within each Capacity, think about where you are starting from. Be honest with yourself and answer all of the questions in detail. 

2. Evaluate the "Real Harmony Life Plan" questions and give them each big answers. This is your journey, make the most of it! 

3. If you are searching for your "calling", spend some time on the "Environmental Needs" card. Try to find one of the dynamics that really resonates with you. 

Think about where you are in regards to the "Purpose" that appeals to you. If the "Purpose" of "Heal & Repair" resonates with you, think about how you can facilitate "Health & Function" for others. 

If you are not clear on how you can do this, make it a goal to research and explore this. We would rather you spend extra time in this search than to settle on something you know how to do now  but may not be passionate about. 

4. Get excited! Real Harmony is worth working for! You may find the start of the journey very challenging but keep the faith. The destination is well worth it!

Your website subscription will allow you access to the Session Guide videos. There is a Female Voice and a Male Voice option. The Session Guide video you choose will keep you on track with video and audio queues. The Session Guides will gently announce when you need to move onto the next Capacity, read each of the questions on the 2nd cards out loud, and close out each Capacity by asking about your Goals and Action Items for each Capacity. We want you to be as focused on Real Harmony as possible. The Session Guide videos take care of all the timing and keep you on track so you can focus!

Absolutely no worries if you find yourself struggling to keep up with the 6 minute time. It's perfectly OK if you need to pause the Session Guide any time you need to focus on an issue. The time is simply there to motivate you to move as quickly as possible. We want you to grow from your experience with Real Harmony. The best way to grow is to challenge yourself. You may feel that 6 minutes is impossible to work with in the beginning. 

We promise you can get through the session in 6 minutes with practice and growth. When you do eventually have the ability to get through everything in 6 minutes, you will be a very different person. You will be able to clearly see that you have Focus, Confidence, and Certainty that you never had before! The more difficult it is in the beginning, the more growth you will experience! Stay with it!

Simple, when we have the pressure of a time limit, we are more honest. The 6 Minutes time limit is just enough time to get through each card but not enough time for "fluff". You will have to hustle to get through everything. As you whittle down all the "fluff", you eventually get to the truth. When you get to the truth, you have a Real shot at Real Harmony! Real Harmony can not exist when you are not being truthful with yourself and others. We promise you can make it through each session in 6 Minutes and we promise you can have Real Harmony!

Yes, In the beginning, the sessions will guide you through the full 6 minutes to give you the full Real Harmony experience. At some point, you will decide when, you may decide that a more condensed session is needed. In addition to the (2) 6 minutes options, there are (2) 2 minutes options. The 2 minute sessions take you through each of the Capacities in a more abbreviated manner. Once you have mastered the 6 Minute concepts, the 2 minute sessions may work better for you. It's completely up to you. 

At Real Harmony, we believe it is very unproductive to not ask the same questions over and over. By daily repetition of the same questions, those questions, and more importantly: your answers, become a part of you. Eventually, you will have the questions memorized. At this point, your subconscious mind will make your answers the default rule for daily life. Over time, you will reap the massive benefits your new behaviors will generate. It may seem to take a while but it will happen! 

Being a "Good Person" is paramount to Real Harmony. If you have immoral character flaws, Real Harmony is not possible. You must address those flaws if you have them. If you don't have immoral flaws, that's great! We are not trying to imply that you do in any manner. Sometimes we don't give ourselves enough credit for having good morals. At Real Harmony, we want to keep asking those questions so you can keep reminding yourself that you do have good moral character! Give yourself credit for that! The world needs more people like you! People like you need to feel good about themselves! We are here to make sure you don't forget your wonderful giving and caring nature.  Answering those questions daily will eliminate any negative self-image issues that make you feel like you don't deserve happiness. You do deserve to be happy!

The General Theory of Real Harmony is designed to simplify your Real Harmony journey. If you don't find it to be helpful, don't worry about it. The formula was created specifically for the type of person who my have more of a "math mind". Don't worry if you are not one of those people. You may find the formula to be useful when simply used as a dash board. 

There are (3) basic elements to the Theory that are paramount to the Real Harmony system: 1. How you relate to your environment, 2. Your future outlook, and 3. Any negative energy you may be subject to. These elements are all addressed throughout the system. The formula is there simply give you perspective. Here are the (3) elements:

(PC + EC)/(Change In)time - D

1. (PC + EC): PC is Personal Capacity while EC is Environmental Capacity. As we relate to our environment, we have to understand our capacity to give and receive while understanding our environments capacity to give and receive. The better we understand these 4 capacities, the better we are at interacting with our environment and fulfilling our needs. The (6) Capacity cards address our Personal needs while the Environmental Needs card  addresses the Needs in our Environment. 

2. (Change In)time: Simply stated, time moves on. As times move forward, we need to stay focused on sustainability and growth. When we have these things, we typically will look forward to the future. Looking forward to the future is a great test for Real Harmony. If you are not looking forward to the future, you have some work to do. Real Harmony is about being happy now and being happy about our future. Inspiration and Aspiration are directly addressing your future. 

3. D: Dissonance: Negative energy is real and it needs to be dealt with. You have the right to live a life as free from negative energy. If you choose to deal with negative energy in others, you at least need to know that you have that control. When there is negative energy that you do not wish to deal with, you have the right to remove it from your life. Real Harmony is about having control. This means controlling what you are subject to. 

Make sure you are effectively interacting with your environment, you are looking forward to the future, and that you are addressing negativity head on!
